CIF CMOS PC camera module
The DCM-010B fabricated with 0.5um CMOS technology. It incorporates a 356 x 292 effective image array, and its frame rate can be operating up to 30 Hz based on the proprietary sensor technology inside the chip. Moreover, the proprietary on-chip CDS and 9-bit analog-to-digital conversion circuits can reduce fixed pattern noise drastically. With its few interface signals and 9-bit digital outputs directly connected to the external device.
VGA CMOS PC camera module
The DCM-030A is a single chip digital image sensor device, fabricated with 0.5um CMOS technology. It incorporates a 645 x 484 effective image array, and its frame rate can be operating up to 30 Hz based on the proprietary sensor technology inside the chip. Moreover, the proprietary on-chip CDS and 9-bit analog-to-digital conversion circuits can reduce fixed pattern noise FPN drastically. With its few interface signals and 9-bit digital outputs directly connected to the external devices, a camera system can be configured easily.
Both the CMOS sensor and DSP are all using wire bonding process in the clean room. We provide the smallest CIF and VGA CMOS PC camera modules.
